Kyle Vanderberg
Vice President / General Manager

Kyle Vanderberg has been with MCSI since 1991. He serves as Vice President and General Manager overseeing MCSI marketing, project development, production, estimating, and customer services of concrete repair, foundation underpinning and stabilization, specialized grouting, soil stabilization projects and shotcrete.

His management and technical skills have been applied to general concrete construction, highways, bridges, high-rise buildings, dams and tunnels.

He is considered an expert in foundation mitigation and was guest speaker at the 1999 Atlas Systems, Inc. "World of Concrete" Annual Convention and is the recipient of the 1998 Peak Performance Award presented by the Western Colorado Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.

Dwain Cook
Projects Manager

Dwain Cook has been with MCSI since 1998. He is direct field and liason to project owners and engineers. His experience allows him to run the projects. He also assists in estimating and job cost evaluation, project scheduling,and logistical support.

Dwain directly oversees projects and ensures compliance with state, local, and federal environmental regulations.
He has vast experience with large dam repairs, hydro projects, drainage systems, drilling projects and specialized grouting systems. He has been in the construction industry since 1974.

His experience includes, but not limited to:
·Anchoring projects, rock bolts, IBO systems, cable anchoring
·Installation of Micro Piles and Helical Piers
·Structural stabilization and underpinning

Stuart Reed
Estimator / Projects Manager

Stuart Reed has been with MCSI since 1995. He estimates a variety of projects such as Atlas Pier underpinning, helical tie-back systems, slab-jacking, pressure grouting, concrete repair and waterproofing, epoxy and urethane floor systems, and concrete overlayments.

Stuart Reed has been in the industry since 1988.

Gordon McFerron
Estimator / Projects Manager

Gordon McFerron has been with MCSI since 2004. He has been in the design and construction industry for over 30 years. Gordon has been involved in all phases of projects from conception through start –up and operation. He estimates and oversees a variety of projects which include foundation underpinning, helical pier installations, soil stabilization with soil nailing and soil anchors, micro piles, slab jacking, compaction grouting, epoxy and urethane grouting, as well as structural concrete repair and replacement..


His experience includes, but not limited to:

Brian Kilgore
Safety Director

Brian Kilgore, who joined MCSI in May of 2006, has been in the construction health and safety field for more than 7 years. His professional experience spans the environmental, demolition, heavy highway construction and logistics fields. During his career, has worked for aggregate, concrete and asphalt producers.

Brian has experience with many construction safety associations including Colorado Contractors Association, the Association of Builders and Contractors, and numerous regulatory agencies. He is a certified radiation protection technologist and an OSHA Outreach trainer.
